Who service my account?
You will have one accountant assigned to your account with Accountzontrack. The accountant will maintain your books, master your unique processes, and be responsible for day to day servicing of your account. Each Accountzontrack Service`s accountant is supported by an experienced accounting team that provides internal support and review your accounts for professional expertise.
Will I lose control of my business by outsourcing my bookkeeping?
No absolutely not! You maintain 100% control of your business. You take all crucial business decisions for your business. Our team only provides you the information and perform the specific tasks to streamline your accounts, but you approve all invoices for payment and sign all related documents.
How much does your service cost?
The cost of our services is definitely lower than hiring a professional accountant or setting up an in-house accounting system. Can other people access my data?
No one can have access to your data without your permission. This even includes your employees. But you can allow access to people who you wish to grant access. We can also set up restrictions so that certain functions can be limited to whom you allow access. For instance, if you allow your CA access to your data, they can review your data files whenever they need through our Cloud services.
Do you replace my current Chartered Accountant?
No,We perform only the bookkeeping service to maintain accurate books for your current Chartered Accountant to enhance the day to day record keeping so your CA can make informed decisions. Accurate Accountzontrack helps eliminate the frustration that can arise between you and your CA due to inadequate bookkeeping.
We have our own team of professional Chartered Accountants if you wish to avail their service you are most welcome to do so.
